Gus Constantin serves as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer for Phoenix American and its subsidiary corporations including SFS. Phoenix American has driven innovation in the asset management industry since 1972 with the founding of Phoenix Leasing, the sponsor of equipment leasing investment funds. Mr. Constantin received a B.S. degree in Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Master’s degree in Management Science from Columbia University.

Tom Oprendek is Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of SFS and Director of Phoenix American SFS India Private Limited. Tom has been with SFS since 2000. He is responsible for strategic planning, product development and oversight of the management of SFS. Mr. Oprendek received a B.S. Degree from Pennsylvania State University and he holds a Juris Doctor degree specializing in Intellectual Property and International Law from Golden Gate University Law School.

Anil Peggerla is Chief Technology Officer for SFS. He is responsible for the design, development and support of the MARS product suite. He is also Managing Director for the SFS Hyderabad, India office which he has overseen since the office was established in 2011. Mr. Peggerla has been with SFS since 1996 and the inception of the MARS product suite. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and Master of Environmental Engineering degree from North Dakota State University.

Jill Santandreu is the Head of Professional Services and is responsible for all client implementations and upgrades, client training and MARS data stewardship services. Jill has been in the financial services industry for twenty-one years and with the company since 2007. Previously, Jill spent seven years at Wells Fargo Funds Management where she managed the operations and dealer services teams. Later Jill moved into a role as a business systems consultant where she played an integral part to oversee the business aspects of the company-wide reporting solution. Jill received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration Finance from the University of Iowa.

Aaron Wong is the Head of Project Management for SFS. Aaron leads the company’s product vision for the MARS web and mobile product suite. He joined the company in 2010 as a Project Manager/Business Analyst and he has been the Head of Product Management since 2014. Mr. Wong received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration Finance from San Francisco State University.

Dave Halligan is Director of Sales and Account Management at SFS and has over twenty-three years’ experience in the asset management industry. Dave joined SFS in 2013 and is responsible for generating new business as well as managing relationships with existing clients and third-party partners. Dave began his career with a small software firm focused on the mutual fund industry and played a significant role in the success of that business for over 18 years. Mr. Halligan has diverse experience in working within small, medium and large firms as well as experience with both the technical and business sides of the asset management industry.

Nicole Callies leads the SFS business development efforts for the Midwest. Nicole is responsible for generating new business as well as managing relationships with existing clients. She has 13 years of experience in the asset management industry. Prior to joining SFS, Nicole was responsible for sales & client service for US Bank Global Fund Services. Within this unique role, she gained experience working with small to large asset management firms to help them use their data to grow their businesses using sales reporting systems.

Jaya Godavarthy is the Head of Client and Technical Services for SFS. Jaya is responsible for client and application support for the MARS platform. Jaya has been with the company since 1997 and the inception of the MARS product suite. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering and a Master of Computer Science degree.

Miriam Sanchez is the Training Instructor for the MARS product suite. Miriam is responsible for preparing and conducting training programs for new and existing clients. Miriam has 13 years of experience in the financial services industry and joined the company in 2008. Prior to joining SFS, Miriam worked for Phoenix American Financial Services, an affiliate of SFS’ parent company, Phoenix American. Miriam holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Dominican University of California.
