Gus Constantin is Chief Executive Officer for SalesFocus Solutions and for the Phoenix American. Mr. Constantin began innovating the investor services industry with the founding of Phoenix American, Inc. in 1972. He serves as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer for Phoenix American as well as for its six subsidiary corporations: Phoenix American Financial Services, Inc., Phoenix Leasing Portfolio Services, Inc., Phoenix Leasing, Inc., Phoenix Transfer, Inc., Phoenix Cable, Inc. and SalesFocus Solutions, Inc.

Tom Oprendek
Tom Oprendek is Chief Operating Officer of SalesFocus Solutions and has been with SalesFocus Solutions since 2000. Tom holds a J.D. degree specializing in Intellectual Property and International Law from Golden Gate University in San Francisco and a Bachelor of Science Degree from Penn State University.

Anil Peggerla
Anil Peggerla is Vice President and Chief Technology Officer and is responsible for all the design, development and support of the MARS product suite. Anil is also Managing Director for our Hyderabad, India office which he has been overseeing since that office was established in 2011. Anil has been with the company since 1996 and the inception of the MARS product. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and Master of Environmental Engineering degree from North Dakota State University.

Jill Santandreu
Jill Santandreu is the Director of Professional Services and is responsible for all client implementations and upgrades, client training and MARS data stewardship services. Jill has been in the financial services industry for twenty-one years and with the company since 2007. Previously, Jill spent seven years at Wells Fargo Funds Management where she managed the operations and dealer services teams. Later Jill moved into a role as a business systems consultant where she played an integral part to oversee the business aspects of the company-wide reporting solution. Jill received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration Finance from the University of Iowa.

Dave Halligan
Dave Halligan is Director of Sales and Account Management at SalesFocus Solutions and has over 23 years’ experience in the asset management industry. Dave joined SalesFocus Solutions in 2013 and is responsible for generating new business as well as managing the relationships with existing clients and third-party partnerships. Dave began his career with a small software firm focused on the mutual fund industry and played a significant role in the success of that business over the next 18 years. Dave has diverse experience in working within small, medium, and large firms as well as experience with both the technical and business sides of the asset management industry.

Nicole Callies
Nicole Callies leads SalesFocus Solutions’ business development efforts for the Midwest. Nicole is responsible for generating new business as well as managing relationships with existing clients. She has 13 years of experience in the asset management industry. Prior to joining SalesFocus Solutions, Nicole was responsible for sales & client service for US Bank Global Fund Services. Within this unique role, she has experience with working with small to large asset firms to help them use their data to grow their businesses using sales reporting systems.

As the MARS Training Instructor, Miriam Sanchez is responsible for preparing and conducting training programs for our new and established clients. Miriam has 13 years of experience in the financial services industry and joined the company in 2008. Prior to joining SalesFocus Solutions, Miriam worked for Phoenix American Financial Services, a subsidiary of our parent company. Miriam holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Dominican University of California.

As Product Manager, Aaron Wong leads SalesFocus Solutions’ product vision for the MARS web and mobile product suite. Aaron joined the company in 2010, as a Project Manager/Business Analyst and he has been in the Product Manager role since 2014. Aaron received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration Finance from San Francisco State University.

Anil Ravindran
Anil Ravindran is the Vice President of Engineering and is responsible for the design and development of various aspects of the MARS application. Anil primarily manages all areas related to Database technologies, Enterprise mobile applications, Business intelligence platforms, Third-party integrations and SaaS based cloud applications at SalesFocus Solutions. Anil has over 25 years of experience in the Nuclear and Software industry. Prior to joining SalesFocus Solutions in 1999 Anil spent over 10 years as a Nuclear Engineer and Scientific Officer with the Department of Atomic Energy, Govt. Of India. Anil received a BE (Hons) Chemical Engineering degree from BITS Pilani, India.
